I moved over to Loox from another review service a while back and the experience has been very smooth ever since. Everything is pretty straightforward and the extra features are great. I needed some help implementing custom code snippets into my theme and Shany took care of it in no time. The only thing that I would like to see improved at the moment is their relatively new smart upsell feature. The metrics interface is limited and there are minimal options for tweaking.
A great app, helpful, and easy to use. Professional and attentive customer success team, Especially Rotem and Allison who recently helped me :) I would like to have more visual customization options for the emails that are sent to the customers.
