We looked for a long time at almost every subscription solution that exists. I read horror story reviews on pretty much all the platforms of something getting screwed up after install and causing checkout issues, website issues, etc. We settled on Recharge but looked further into Loop the day we were going to sign up. I'm glad we did. It's super easy to use and it just works. Not nearly as costly as Recharge for many of the same features. The support is fantastic. They really go the extra mile to take care of you. The Loop team is amazing to deal with! We looked at a lot of different options for our first subscription app and ultimately landed on Loop because it felt like a great starting point, especially considering the app is free until you have 40 subscriptions. It was a little challenging getting the widget "on brand" so we reached out to their CS. Adarsh worked with us for a few weeks going as far as modifying the liquid code to make sure the app fit our site perfectly. Long story short, they have a great app and an even better team.
