We have been using Locksmith for some six months and are delighted with both their app and their support. Our queries in advance of launching the app were handled very quickly and efficiently and we have found Locksmith to be the most responsive of all the suppliers we have had contact with. In particular, they read our requests and respond appropriately to them – what a delight after dealing with so many companies who half-read requests and churn out standard, unrelated responses! This week we asked them for help with an issue on our pricing display. Ken responded within six hours (an excellent response time compared to our normal experience) to clarify one point and suggest an extra improvement to take our site even further.
