I’ve been using this app for about 6 months while I’ve been setting up my store and launching. I’ve been happy with the variant options and all the choices available to use. I think the pricing structure looks pretty fair for what you get. I’ve had great support from Michael even though I’m still on the free plan. There are limitations to the support on the lower plans which is fair enough given the lower pricing structure. This means that if my variant options require further complexity, I reach out to an external developer, not part of the app development team for paid help. For anyone wanting to try this app I would definitely say it’s worth the effort to learn. Although it can be a little complex to figure out, the end result is worth it for the aesthetic way your product choices are offered. I will have no problem paying for this app when the time comes to upgrade. Show more

I recently switched my theme and was having an issue with the live preview showing up. Turns out it was a simple solution, but for the life of me, I couldn’t figure it out. So, I reached out to support. I wasn’t expecting too much since it’s right before the New Year, but I got a response immediately and a solution shortly thereafter. If I could give this app 10 stars I would. Not just for the awesome support but also the functionality. My store offers the consumer a few options on their personalization, and I need to put as much creative work in their hands as possible. Live Product Options allows me to do this. The front-end is so intuitive my “flip-phone mom” can even understand it. If you are looking for a way to offer your customers a way to visualize their custom creations, I encourage you to check out this app. Best part is that its free until you reach a certain number of sales and then it’s quite reasonable after that.
