LimeChat: WhatsApp Support+AI

One of the best platforms I have ever used. The platform is tech but feels human like because of the exceptional CSM team. Nikhil and Sridhar are great and are always so helpful and accommodating. The UI/UX is absolutely seamless, very easy to understand and use. I am very happy with my experience; I am working at a global FMCG brand and have integrated Limechat with all my brands. It has completely negated my need for other platforms for reaching out to my user base. The platform is constantly evolving and getting better day by day. A must have for every business.

We started out with Limechat for their support platform and soon subscribed to their Gen AI chatbot and Marketing Suite as well. Limechat and its two-way communication have played a pivotal role in our customer engagement, driving up our retention rate and LTV while also helping us close more sales from cart drop-offs. The AI chatbot has also streamlined our presales process to a large extent by providing accurate information regarding our products’ usage, maintenance & health benefits which was a huge roadblock for our customers to complete their purchase. A special shoutout to Ashwath Nitin our CSM who goes above and beyond to help us achieve our objectives!
