Zeer tevreden over de samenwerking en communicatie met Leat. Het team denkt actief mee, zowel in de ontwikkeling als in het optimaliseren van het loyaltyprogramma. We zijn tot nu toe erg tevreden over Leat. We zijn pas een week live met het loyaltyprogramma, maar de implementatie is soepel verlopen. De communicatie met Nick was prettig, duidelijk en professioneel. Het is nog te vroeg om resultaten te beoordelen, maar we zijn erg benieuwd wat het loyaltyprogramma ons in de toekomst gaat brengen en kijken uit naar de verdere samenwerking.
