Ik ben erg tevreden over LEAT. Het loyalty programma werkt fijn en is duidelijk voor zowel ons team als onze klanten. Ook bij vragen of problemen is het team goed bereikbaar en wordt er snel meegedacht naar een oplossing. The pricing listed on the Shopify App store is misleading. This may be a great app, but I will never know because the tier that seemed appropriate for my business appears to be the $49/mo tier on the app store, but the subscription tier inside the app that I would need costs $449/mo. What's more, the pricing thresholds use different metrics. Here it lists $49 for 5,000 monthly orders, within the app it is $449 for 2500 'tokens', which I'm unclear on the meaning of 'token' but I believe it means 2500 loyalty program transactions (earnings and redemptions).

We zijn tot nu toe erg tevreden over Leat. We zijn pas een week live met het loyaltyprogramma, maar de implementatie is soepel verlopen. De communicatie met Nick was prettig, duidelijk en professioneel. Het is nog te vroeg om resultaten te beoordelen, maar we zijn erg benieuwd wat het loyaltyprogramma ons in de toekomst gaat brengen en kijken uit naar de verdere samenwerking.
