I am usually one that uses multiple apps at the same time and compare to find the one that is best for me. When compared to others out there (For confidentiality won't say their names but will say they have tons of reviews to give you an idea), this one was the one who had all features combined, with great UI, affordable, and great customer service (Shout out to Jillian!). You can random import reviews to make it seem more natural (not a common feature out there), delete review images if there is a picture you don't like (again not common), it has professional presentation with great customization (hide/show like buttons, flags, etc. / also noticed that other apps might hide the usernames like this A***I which I don't like, this one doesn't hide them.), google rich snippet and shopping integration (paid version but affordable), awesome email templates (with reminders!) and with coupons (others have it on expensive plans or very bad templates), you can add a photo gallery of your reviews, a review page, sliders, and pop-ups. Seriously, I'm impressed. The only thing they don't have is a Q&A feature and they are already working on releasing it some time in the future. You might say that most apps out there might have some of these features yes, but it's hard to find one that has good UI, good presentation to it AND all features combined. And to top it off, it is very affordable! Other out there are very expensive and you can't have most features in the lower plans. This one does! So, take it from someone that has been where you were and has done thorough research on this. (3 half-days of analyzing yeesh!) Make it count! Show more

Juste magnifique, j'ai tester plusieurs application mais aucune n'était a la hauteur, celle-ci est très facile a utiliser et vous gagner un temps de fou, le point fort c'est le service client qui répond en français en 30secondes, franchement du jamais vu. n'hésitez pas a demander des réduction si vous avez plusieurs boutiques.
