I would give the team 5 Stars and the app 4.5 Stars - I needed to change from another review app because it had limited number of free reviews. I inquired with the LAI team if they could help me match the design and style of the previous app and they were able to do some customization for me and also helped me transfer my reviews over. I was happy with their service and their willingness to help me keep my theme. I did wait awhile before writing this review so I could have a chance to use it and give feedback. The only downside with this app is that when you import a review you cannot hide the reviews by default. When you import, it is visible immediately before any edits so you have to manually hide and review before allowing visibility. If you import a 20 reviews it would be good to be able to chose which ones you want visible. Not all be visible upon import. Hope your team can add this option! Also, hope you stay free!
