First of all, they offer a much more affordable plans. Their free version still has more imports than the paid plans of competitors. Secondly, their support team is amazing. I was having a small issue getting the review stars to show up on my custom product page. Their team was all over it and helped me fix it right away. I will be upgrading my plan just so I can import some more reviews, but 30 to start with (for free) is awesome Show more

The app is very easy to use with lots of options. I had to completely upgrade my theme to Shopify 2.0 and redo my reviews.
