We transitioned to Klaviyo Reviews from Yotpo about ten months ago looking for additional customization options and couldn't be happier with the platform. Set-up was easy and the email flow has been one of our most engaged since shortly after launch. A big leg-up was Reviews' integration with Klaviyo for email and SMS. Before Reviews we were confined to a template with few customization options, now our request for reviews matches our brand's look and feel. Klaviyo reviews is great because it's clean and easy to use. Their pricing is the best in the market and I'm confident the upcoming features will be top notch. Their app is still fairly new but if you are also using Klaviyo as an email/sms service it's a no brainer to use them as a review service also. Highly recommend! Show more
