Klaviyo as a company have awful customer service, look at Trust pilot reviews! The is no phone support and chat support send you links that do not solve the issue. Not much support at all. Shame as their business model is good but other competitors are getting much better. Look elsewhere for your whole package before signing with Klaviyo for anything! Show more

Klaviyo reviews is a no brainer to add on to the Klaviyo services. Seamless to install and has the most important features - easy customer experience, Q&A, linking similar products, etc. The most important part of any app is the support available, and the Klaviyo team is awesome to work with. Any question that comes up is supported through chat and documentation. Highly recommend this app! Show more

We had given a bad review a few months ago because there were no translations. But it was dealt with very quickly. We were also contacted about the matter. After a few weeks, the issue was already implemented. Great! Really great. That's why we've subsequently raised the rating to 4 stars. We don't give it 5 stars because it is relatively expensive. Too bad, otherwise we would definitely have bought it. Show more

Rating this a one star due to the pricing plans. We use Klaviyo for SMS + Email marketing and would have LOVED to use this feature. We currently have Loox at $34.99 a month. The Klaviyo plan we would use would be $90 a month, which can significantly increase to $125 and so forth, based on the orders. Show more
