Juphy is amazing! It basically handles my customer service directly on the site. It's nice that it allows you to see chat history and you can correct prior responses or type in your own responses. It handles most questions on the front end but sends me an email when it's my time to jump in. The customization options for this app are also nice, you can assign it to any page and choose how it is displayed. I would highly recommend!

There were many detailed questions on our site, which provides services on premium furniture, and it was impossible for us to answer all of these questions, but juphy provides complete answers to most questions, especially about the products. It speaks fluently, as if there was a real representative in front of the customer, and provides excellent support. Some of the excellent features are that we can see which links customers click on while the conversation is open, product-specific conversation pop-ups appear, and the changes we specify can be displayed in a short time.
