Juo

Juo is by far the most flexible subscription service app we've come across. Our subscription products require different bundled items at different intervals and Juo was able to handle this with ease. We've previously used another subscription service that did not handle this at all and required us to create complex flows and customer tagging to make this possible. We've researched all subscription services and none offered what we needed. Once we migrated to Juo everything is now handled in a single app. Juo's support is fantastic. Their response time is fast and they made the migration process painless. I wish Juo was available when we first started offering subscription products as it would have saved us tons of time and headaches.

The Juo subscriptions app is simply in a league of its own. The design is beautiful -our build-a-box looks better than most websites that use very expensive custom code. Even better, the Juo team is extremely smart, responsive, and helpful. They were able to customize the look of our build-a-box in just a few days time, catering to the specific needs of our unique customers. I tried a lot of other subscription services before Juo and none of them can hold a candle to what this team can do. 5 stars and then some!

I highly recommend Juo Subscriptions. We have been using another app for years. I found it challenging to use, and it needed more functionality. Juo came to the rescue. One of the best features of Juo is the ability to put products on subscriptions at the variant level. This is perfect for us because we don't allow subscriptions for bulk sizes of our products. We also use Juo's Build-a-Box functionality, making purchasing much easier for our customers. The support from Juo has been top-notch. Alina is accommodating, patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. I'm glad we made the switch to Juo. If you're using another subscription app, you should take a serious look at Juo.

Juo has been great! It is very easy to use and edit to be exactly what subscriptions you need at a reasonable price. Definitely the best recurring subscription app available (we have tried others). They have fantastic customer service. Of all the Shopify apps we have integrated (10+), Juo has offered the best experience. Super easy to install, got us up and running without even a phone call. Cannot say enough good things about Juo so far.
