Intelligems: A/B Testing

One of the best and most seamless onboarding experiences I’ve had—hands down. Devlin Hagan and Mike Perdue were incredibly helpful, walking me through the app, answering every question, and offering great recommendations. The platform itself is super powerful for A/B testing, and the support has been next-level. These guys are amazing. 10/10 recommend!

We are headless on Shopify Hydrogen which makes all this A/B testing really tough, but Intelligems put in a ton of effort to enable headless support and help our dev team through the install and its working really well! Headless doesn't have full support of all the features, but the all the main features work great. It is seriously having an effect on our business and the teams general moral. We used to "fight" about things like should X item be $40 or $60. Now we just test it and everyone is happy. Its awesome. You need to really want to do this, and plan on doing it for at least 1 year, and dedicate time and dev to it, but if you you do, its worth it. Oh, and the team connects with us on slack (We are on a top tier so i think this is the premium support), and it's insanely helpful. They are great.

Really an excellent app, so easy to use and capable of so many crucial tests - all easily done within the app (no need for coding or tech skills). They have really awesome dashboards - I love the depth of data they show and all the graphs. Really an A++ app - I really did a lot of research to find the best one here and also the pricing is much more reasonable than the others. The pricing is always worth it because what you learn makes you so much more in profits. Show more

nothing wrong with the app, but the support has not been good at all. I had upgraded to the 1k plan since we were doing some price testing. after the price test was done i wanted to downgrade the plan, for some reason it woudnt let me downgrade even after stopping every test that was included for the 1k plan. after asking them to downgrade, they confirmed they will downgrade. after 2 months of not checking it i saw it was still not downgraded, i asked them why it was still not downgraded, they mentioned something about me not confirming it.. then i asked them again to downgrade it after checking another month IT Is still not downgraded and i simply just deleted the app. i have been paying multiple month for a plan i wasnt using. and they keep billing me the full amount, after asking for a refund they just refused...
