This has been a really helpful app in streamlining our business and bridging the instant communication gap between us and our customers. The support team is efficient and extremely helpful in setting up and facilitating with quick responses and action. They also help us with suggestions based on their experinece with WhatsApp which have proven to be effective. The team promised and worked on enabling the COD to prepaid conversion automation feature with our payment gateway upon our request. Our payment gateway facilitators were especially onboarded so we could make use of this feature which is a remarkable testament to their commitment to their clients.
