Not the easiest experience we've had using a Shopify app. This app is far from user-friendly...the tech is a little clunky, the AI-generated content is poor, and there is no training on how to use the app properly.. On top of that, the customer service is shockingly bad. There is pretty much no support team. The co-founder jumped on a call and was incredibly difficult to deal with. There are far better apps on Shopify: easier to use, better supported, and run by teams who actually understand customer care.
I am very impressed with not only the quality of the emails, the content and the quality of the graphics but i'm also really enojying working with the team to level up my email game!
