The support was responsive and guided me, sending me screenshots. I requested help because of two issues: duplicate Global site tags on website that lead to inaccurate tracking, and the Enhanced Conversion tracking was not working. Fortunately, I found these notifications in my Google Ads account, to be aware of. At first, I did not realize that when installing the app the old installation in the theme's code should be removed. The Simprosys team fixed the Enhanced Conversion tracking as the API integration setup had issues. Now it's working. The only downside is the difference of time zone for communication. The app does what it promises. It gives you a better control over products in a catalog. For example, you can add additional information about products that are relevant for Facebook, Google but Shopify does not allow by default.
