What can i say about the team. Especially Saad who just helped me navigate the nightmare that is google feeds and merchant center errors. ABove and beyond the call of duty. I told him i wish that google and facebook had employees like him with the knowledge and understanding. You're missing out if you don't have these guys handling your google feeds and more. this should be a $100 app. Show more

Firstly, the Google & YouTube Channel app provided by Shopify / Google is so bad that it could get your merchant account suspended. It won't let you select an existing MCA and forces you to create a new one. This is a known issue for around 2 years when you search for help online. Still not fixed. Also, I am waiting to hear back from Google support for 5 days one 2 tickets regarding this issue, no reply. And Shopify support said they can't do anything. Secondly, SimProSys is a DEEP integration app between Google Merchant Center, Google Ads Shopify, and even has Pinterest and other integrations. You can do a LOT with this app that you can't with other apps. But what amazed me is their support team. Their man Prem stayed with me for over two hours and made sure that everything was set up correctly on two domains. I really appreciate his help. I know I'm in good hands with these people and my stores are seamlessly connected with my MC accounts now. Show more

This app and especially the support is TOP NOTCH. I sent in a support request recently and they responded immediately. Instead of going back and forth by email multiple times, Dharmendra suggested a zoom call. I was pleasantly surprised! So many other companies are looking to avoid getting on the phone, let alone do a zoom call. Most companies nowadays don't offer support beyond email so this really impressed me. It showed how much they care about their clients. Actually, Dharmendra and I wound up doing multiple zoom calls to get my questions answered and issue resolved. He truly went above and beyond. So far so good. Just installed it. Onboarding process is straightforward. Easy to set up Google Ads tracking and upload the feed to Google. Support team respond quickly and helped me answering some questions. Keep up the great work! Update: Support team is keeping up the great work and they are really helpful. Solved a bunch of user-related problems I had in my shop. All working as a clock now. Show more
