Couldn't live without it. Feature-rich, easy to use, with a really affordable pricing model. A must have if you are advertising. EDIT: We’ve used this app for three to four years across multiple stores, and while it’s one of the cheapest options, it’s far from flawless. Recently, we discovered issues like Meta’s catalog match score being consistently low (as bad as 10%) and the feed not syncing properly. Support has been painfully slow, often taking up to two days to reply, meaning even simple issues can drag on for over a week. Their documentation is extensive but poorly organized, making it difficult to find answers. We had enough confidence in the app to opt for a yearly subscription, but now, after these issues, we’re trying to leave. Even requesting a refund has been a struggle, with support still unresponsive despite multiple follow-ups. Show more
