Just installed. Easy to set-up and install. Clear and concise directions given on how to install and integrate with either GMB or Google merchant center. Nicely integrates into check-out page, and seems as though an eay and fast way to get Google reviews.
Helen was really helpful in assisting in the setup of the app via chat, answering my many questions, and the app seems to be working well.
