Have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Both the giveaway software and the wheel spin software are really well laid out to make it easy to set up, and look professional on the store. They also go above and beyond to assist their customers to ensure they have a smooth experience with all the software. When i say they go above and beyond, i mean you will be hardpressed to find an app developer out there who even gets close to the level of customer support these guys provide. all in all, you'd be a dummy NOT to choose crazyrocket. This was my first time using an app like this in Shopify. As a relatively new shopify user, it's been a learning curve for me. Fortunately the Giveaway Ninja support chat was there to help me every step of the way. I probably asked 80 questions over a 3 hour period of time and the responses were always fast, friendly and very informative. I felt so clueless at the beginning but by the end of the setup, I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident using the app. 10/10 and I'll definitely be using it again for future giveaways.
