I've been using Rise with clients and now for my own business for years. We operate a Brick & Mortar retail store and issue out store credit at a high volume both online and in-store. We use pretty much every major feature this tool offers. Today I had a technical issue with our site and Eddie solved all of the issues in a quick and professional manner. He's GREAT! Rise allows us to automate a significant amount of tasks that I'm not sure Rise couldn't have predicted when they designed the tool.
