I had some challenges, very probably with the way we had set up our GWP, I have no technical ability and normally I have a team of people that work our website, however this was at the weekend and everyone was out of the the office. I contacted BOGOS through the chat and didn't expect a reply because it said it was closed at the weekend, however David from BOGOS replied and was extremely helpful. He asked me relevant questions to find a solution and when I said I really had no idea on how to implement that solution David did it for me. He then monitored our site for a 24hr period to ensure that the GWP was still working. David contacted me at the end of this and checked in to see if everything was still ok.
