Flits Loyalty Rewards Program

The Flits app is reliable and offers many of our needed features in one single place. The Flits team is also dedicated to their product, and was very responsive to our inquiries and demand for assistance, including cleaning up old code from our theme. We are overall very satisfied.

When I was onboarded, I was told they have an integration with Razorpay Magic. Its almost 2 months now and flits has not even started working on my website. They only communicate on email and do not have any internal tie up with Razorpay. I have been trying to arrange that meeting between both the teams. Basically, they have charged me, then on my request they offered a month free but there is no solution on how to make flits work on my website. So I have wasted my time all in all.
