Awesome service, I had a question this morning and tried the live chat not thinking anyone would answer...but they did! Gave me a clear answer and showed me where to find what I needed. This app is great, much better than the others I've used before. It's easy to attach digital downloads to products, and took me about 15 minutes to set up properly. Kartik was quick to respond to any questions I had and provided excellent support. I would definitely recommend; the free option is also great, when I start making more sales I will likely upgrade. Great, affordable app! Very clear for both the business owner to use as well as for the customer who's buying the digital product. I wanted our customers to only receive 1 email with both the order confirmation and the download button. At first, it wasn't possible to disable the mail sent by Filemonk so I reached out to Kartik. He updated his app in a day, to cater to our needs. On top of that he provided me with a new piece of coding that I could add to the Shopify order confirmation mail which would show an eye catching download button and would get the customer in the Filemonk flow. Easy to use, clean interface and works like a charm. Support is also great and very responsive! Kartik is always a pleasure to talk to, you can tell he really cares about his customers.
