The usability is good, it's user friendly and easy to navigate, but there are so many little bugs and whenever you try and click the 'Get support" button noone ever responds. There's been an ongoing issue that i've sent half a dozen messages reporting this issue, and nothing. Terrible support with the app, not really happy with my experience so far. Update: What I thought were bugs, were actually user error. It did take some follow up and a long time for a response, I had to reach out to faire through their website rather than through the app support, so I raised my rating to 4 star. Minus 1 start because of the lack of actual support through the faire app on shopify. Show more
