App works OK. Interface is cumbersome for customers and they are forced to view elements during the return that we have disabled in admin. Make it confusing and misleading. Support was good when they replied, but had to reach out twice to get one question answered. We uninstalled and continue to look for a better option.
We've been working with this app across multiple stores, and the support has been incredible! Every tweak and update we've needed has been handled quickly and with care. It's clear there's a lot of pride in the work, and it really shows in how smoothly everything runs. Highly recommend!
