Eprolo has been providing me with best service!!! They are quick to reply to questions or help with any orders that went wrong. I really appreciate their professionalism. Also, they have many good selections of items to choose from. Highly recommended!

I'm very happy with Eprolo so far. I just started my business and I can say that the app is straightforward to use, and if there is some issue you can reach the support, and they will quickly answer you (in my case Rick answered in a few hours). I can see that the app has many products, and you find pretty much what you are looking for. The only thing I see that could help me more quickly is the page where a product is shown and described, could have a section mentioning the different certifications that this product has (but I also, never found this in other drop shipping platforms). Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and platform, and I intend to continue to use Eprolo.

Has been great so far, my only complaint is the processing times - I was expecting much faster shipping times, which is the case - however, I'm finding many of the packages are in processing for at least 3-6 days before the tracking information finally updates to show the package is now on route. This means that items are arriving in around the same timeframe as AliExpress which is a shame. However, the ease of use, the custom branding & more still makes this an excellent alternative to AliExpress - I will also say that Bella, my agent has been absolutely amazing throughout & helping with anything I could possibly need.

We had few difficulties with the transportation time what it took longer than i expected but in general the hoodie its absolutely amazing <3 ! thank you and i hope in the future you will improve your services as well as we trying to do <3

We are new to eprolo services as a company and all I can say is the customer service is by far excellent. I needed information on taking care of our payment to get branding going for the company website integration with eprolo. Now I emailed late after hours for help not thinking about a reply yet. But low and behold Ms Eve contacted me on Sunday her off day in order to assist me. She was thoroughly going through the proper process to get me to where I need to get.
