I have been using EPROLO for over a year, I am very satisfied with the service. In addition, customer service responds quickly, which is very important. Shipping times are on average fast. I am very satisfied, the only thing I would improve is making possibile to know through their integration with shopify if a product you have imported is out of stock. The service from this company is horrible. Wrote to them 5 days ago and still not even a response. Yes I am aware that there was a holiday but I work with 2 other companies providing the same service and both of them responded at least within 48 hours. I honestly believe that these star reviews are fakes. Even when there is no holiday it takes them 3 days to respond, to simple questions very unprofessional horrible service. Show more
