ENVIA.com PESIMO SERVICIO. INCREMENTOS DE TARIFAS DEL 40% SIN PREVIO AVISO, COBRO FALSO DE SOBREPESOS E IMPUESTOS DE IMPORTACION DE TERCEROS. COMPAÑIAS COMO ESTAS NO DEBERIAN EXISTIR! Comenzamos trabajando bien con ellos pero nos empezamos a dar cuenta que de varios detalles raros. Empezaron a cargarnos los impuestos de importación de nuestros clientes en el extranjero, siendo que el cliente debe de pagar cualquier impuesto generado por su paquete! También nos empezaron a cobrar sobrepesos que no eran reales y después de mucho batallar con ellos se dieron cuenta que habían configurado mal nuestra cuenta y nos estaban cobrando de mas. Nos deben casi $17,000 pesos de cargos mal aplicados y sigo peleando con ellos para que me los devuelvan. Además nos incrementaron la tarifa mas del 40% en envios al extranjero SIN AVISARNOS!! por lo que no pudimos hacer los cambios en la tienda así que perdimos muchisimo dinero en envios, al pedirles explicaciones solo me dijeron que asi trabajaban ellos. Asi que POR FAVOR NO USEN ESTA COMPAÑIA A MENOS QUE QUIERAN PERDER MUCHO DINERO!!! Show more
