Endear CRM and Clienteling

App potential is awesome but a number of basic features require the $300 mo. plan. For example, just being able to create a customer group based on product ordered requires this high tier plan as opposed to the $60 or $160 monthly one. I get software developers invest a lot of money to build out these tools and cannot give the service away, but to put in perspective, SalesForce Enterprise is $165 mo. by comparsion. For this app expect to pay $3600 a year to use most features. At least for us, anything extra we want to do requires the $300 plan. We can at do some extremely basic (but useful) stuff in the app for $60mo and will use this for that until we can evaluate other options. Show more

All client data from Shopify is immediately available in Endear, enabling our team to action strategic outreach based on purchase history and previous communication.
