I like the platform - but very frustrating dealing with them. Buyer beware - save yourself some and explore other options as well. Service is a frustrating process, especially that the service is located in India, seems to cause issues with time zones when we needed support, as emails or chats are not responded to until sometime later. When you do get support, it is nothing more than an email linking to a generic article or a video - which does not cover the issue or resolve your problem. UPS Billing is an issue, now rates increased, or not available as before, plus additional booking and pick-up fees, which do not show up until you have to ship, which was a nasty surprise. The onboarding team and support team also not on the same page, when onboarding and sale is made, some functions work, then afterward when this does not, support would say that this function never existed or API problems... Can be a great product, just hope they sort this out. Time will tell but shop around. Show more

EDIT: Easyship did get in contact with me and refunded the overcharges that were assessed over the prior month for me to my satisfaction. We have not seen more UPS multi-package overcharges so they may have corrected the problem with USP. We have also been trying to avoid using UPS for multi-package when possible because of this but we will give it a try again in the future. I am leaving my initial review for the time being so people see the whole picture. The only way that the problem received attention to resolve the issue was with the review below. Hopefully they will act faster with application problems faster in the future. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This APP was working pretty well for well over a year and then started sending us UPS overcharges weekly for multi package shipments. Some times more than double what the APP had quoted us. This caused us to lose money on a number of orders and when we contacted Easyship they insisted that it was not their responsibility and requested detailed pictures of packages that had left our building weeks before in oder to file a claim. They then wanted us to recreate the packages and send them pictures wasting time and materials on our end. They say that it is up to the courier to have the final say. Even when they can check the system and see that we had shipped two packages and printed two labels they allow UPS to come back and bill for four packages. There is a serious communication issue between this platform and the UPS API and when pressing the chat agent to speak with someone in management my request fell on deaf ears. I am sure that I can not be the only customer having this issue so I would assume that Easyship has no real interest in resolving the problem and is simply going to rely on the fine print in their agreement so point the finger at UPS and continue to allow them to bill in excess of the services rendered. In all honesty you should keep shopping for a shipping APP and skip this one entirely. They have somehow managed to not allow Google reviews of their company. That alone tells you something. Excellent customer service and great shipping solutions. The platform is so easy to use offering great quotes that help us keep shipping costs under control. The customer service team is highly professional, always prompt and incredibly supportive. They always do their best to find solutions whenever we encounter difficulties, making us feel genuinly valued as customers.
