Really wanted to like this app. Was an early adopter but customer service can be so frustrating. Took way too long to hear back from them. Had an issue where Media Mail became a shipping option (their backend issue) and I lost money on shipping. Took customer service too long to address this. And was never offered a refund. Was supposed to have Chat as an option based on my plan but didn't show up whenever I tried to contact them. Clearly I was not a priority. Show more

Very useful and helpful for our growing business. We started using them for simple logistics and they have been very helpful from onboarding us to their third party warehousing partners, to providing solutions for us now that the fulfillment has been expanded inhouse.. The public estimate price was $21 cheaper than what was actually quoted once i had signed up for an account. The support representative said the publicly displayed prices are just an estimate. (Even though you put in Origin, Destination and weight) In my case a 0.5kg box with dimensions of 10x10x10cm was $21 different in price?
