As a small eCommerce business, this app has been a life saviour. I sell a lot of product that are similar, or look alike. This has stopped misspacks, and future issues with customers. The customer support and service from Charlie and team has been outstanding, I emailed asking for a bespoke little modification, that would make my QOL considerably better and they did it within 24 hours, i have never recieved customer service like that before. By far the biggest thing regarding this app is that the team are incredibly responsive. They were helpful and patient with us when we first started exploring the app and needed some explanations and hand holding. Later on, we identified two "features" that we thought were missing and could help us speed up our fulfilment workflow. We email the team and explained them. We have been using EasyScan for a few months now, our experience has been nothing short of excellent.
