Die Schnittstelle zu den Bestellungen und zu DHL/DP Warenpost funktioniert einwandfrei und gefühlt in real time. Da haben wir mit anderen Programmen schlechte Erfahrungen. Das hilft uns einfach sehr und deswegen versenden wir aktuell nur noch mit easyDHL (ausgenommen DP Warenpost Ausland, s.u.). Hoffe es gibt zukünftig noch mehr Features, z.B. in der Sendungsverfolgung. Support reagiert schnell per E-Mail. Probleme wurden schnell behoben. Das war auch sehr hilfreich. Ich denke für einen Versand der größtenteils nach Deutschland passiert, ist es die perfekte Versandapp für 5-50 Bestellungen pro Tag. Kontrolle über den Versandstatus, dann aber nur über Besteallansicht im Shopify möglich. DP Warenpost funktioniert leider nicht fürs Ausland. Die Gewichte können im Versandprozess nur noch teilweise angepasst werden... Wie gesagt, es gibt ein paar Sachen die wir uns noch wünschen würden, dass die Schnittstelle zu den Bestellungen und zu DHL perfekt und automatisch funktioniert ist uns aktuell aber am wichtigsten. Der Preis ist besser als fair, das kommt auch noch dazu. Deswegen Danke an das Team von easyDHL und Daumen hoch! Show more
