Hatte zuvor die offizielle App von DHL genutzt, die kann seit einiger Zeit leider einige Adressen außerhalb Europas nicht korrekt verarbeiten - darum zur Zeit teilweise unbrauchbar. Musste mich für die EasyDHL app kurz umgewöhnen und habe dann festgestellt, dass der Ablauf bei der EasyDHL app sinnvoller ist als bei der DHL App. Bei Gewicht und Zolldokumenten stimmte etwas nicht, die Jungs haben aber sofort reagiert und innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Lösung erarbeitet. Ich verschicke keine riesigen Mengen aber selbst kleine Batches lassen sich mit der App sinnvoll verarbeiten, besonders die Warnhinweise im Dashboard sind dabei hilfreich.
