Super App die mir viel Arbeit abnimmt und die Retouren sehr übersichtlich darstellt. Durch selbst definierbare Rückgabegründe kann ich viel über den Rückgabegrund erfahren und Anpassungen vornehmen. Reklamationen mit Fotoupload auch vorhanden. Sehr praktisch ist auch die Umtauschfunktion. Jeder Kunde kann ganz easy und in Eigenverantwortung die Größe oder gar einen anderen Artikel wählen. Die App erstellt dann automatisch eine neue Bestellung nach meiner Freigabe. Ebenso lassen sich vor und nach der Retourenanfrage viele nützliche Infos an den Kunden darstellen. Das erspart viele Rückfragen. Einbindung von DHL, Hermes, etc. für eine automatische Labelerstellung integriert. Support reagiert auch schnell und verlässlich. Daumen hoch! Show more
