Die App spart uns sehr viel Zeit, da die Labels und Lieferscheine im Bulk erstellt werden können. Die automatisch erstellten Rechnungen erfüllen ihren Zweck, könnten für meinen Geschmack aber etwas umfangreicher in den Design-Einstellungen sein. Es fehlt jedoch nichts und alles ist korrekt. Der Support ist erstklassig: schnell und hilfreich. Schade, dass man die Paketabholung durch DHL nicht direkt über die App steuern kann, aber das liegt vielleicht gar nicht an der App. Trotzdem schade. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Funktion, Bedienbarkeit und Support. Tolle App, sehr nützlich! Show more
Edit 16.05.2024: Nun nutze ich EasyDHL nun seit mehr als einem Jahr. Ohne, hätte ich mein Webshop einfach nicht so effizient betreiben können! Immer wenn ich ein Supportfall am Abend eröffnet hatte, war er am nächsten Tag zu meiner vollen Zufriedenheit abgearbeitet. Sogar mit Programmanpassungen. Zeigt mir nur ein Unternehmen, dass so einen super Kundensupport hat wie 247APPS ! ***** 5Sterne ***** Zuvor Juni 2023: Als ich vor 3 Monaten mit dem Webshop angefangen hatte, war ich etwas verzweifelt labels von ausfüllen zu müssen. Mit EasyDHL konnte ich meinen Prozess so verschlanken, dass ich jede 1-2 Minuten ein Paket - vollautomatisiert drucken kann. Somit hat sich EasyDHL innerhalb von einem refinanziert! (Zumal die ersten 300 Sendungen im Anfangspaket inklusive sind). EasyDHL Support antwortet innerhalb von wenigen Stunden -> AUCH AM SONNTAG !!! Respekt ! Show more
Sehr nützliche App und super kompetenter Support! :) Wir haben als Firma unseren Sitz in Südafrika, verschicken aber aus unserem deutschen Lager per Deutsche Post DHL. Als die App für Südafrika nicht zur Verfügung stand haben wir den Support angeschrieben und innerhalb von einem Tag hatte man für uns eingerichtet, dass wir die App laden und nutzen können.
