I just downloaded the app yesterday 11/29/2023 and wasn't sure what I was doing wrong. I reached out to tech support and immediately was able to set up a 9 am appt today 11/30/2023 with the creator. Within 10 minutes Henry was able to walk me through the hiccup I was having and voila! problem solved! He was wonderful to work with and happy my issue was a simple quick fix. Super straight-forward gift card app. Innovative new functions just added - ability to sell products as a gift. We had hand-written this functionality already but using the app was much less kludgy and more intuitive so we switched over to using the built-in functionality. Can't say enough about support responsiveness. highly recommend! Show more
Easy to use app with great support! If you're looking for a Gift Card solution that allows you to enter recipient info (right from the product page!) as well as other customizations, this one is great. Henry is quick to respond to questions and you can tell he really cares about his clients and making sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend! Show more
App says free but actually costs $50-300/month with percentage commissions - which you find out after installing. Bait and switch, there is nothing in the App Store that states this. Waste of time. Update: The app developer was above & beyond in his explanation, and did clarify the pricing later on. There was nothing nefarious involved, and I appreciated the personal message. Show more
