I've never left a review for an app but this one is well earned and deserved. I was looking for an app that could adjust the price of an item based on multiple factors and this did the job exactly as I envisioned! For example, I wanted a way for customers to fill a popcorn tin with 1, 2 or 3 flavors. Roman designed it so that if the customer selects 3 flavors then just the options for 3 flavors is revealed and the customer must choose exactly 3 to move on. This works perfectly! Going even further, you can have a more complex price matrix. For this I was able to build a single item "create your own popcorn sampler box". Customers can select a box size (A,B,C) and a bag size (1,2,3,4). With the 3 box sizes and 4 bag sizes I made 12 option lists and set a rule for when they appear (A&1 must both be selected and so on). Each option list can have an exact number of items required. Again this works perfectly! To top it all off, Roman added some custom CSS to make it look great too. This is the best product option app I've found. We needed all different kinds of product options (swatches, dropdowns, checkboxes, etc.) with conditions, and we needed to be able to make product option templates for our products. It took me a little bit to get used to, but then it was easy! Any issues I had were user error or not knowing how to do something. I created a ticket within the app, and someone got back to me in a timely manner! I really appreciated all the assistance with my many questions! Show more

Amazing app, previously used a different one that caused no end of issues for our website. Was continuously told that no app could perform better, then I found this one! It does everything we want it to do and more, and on top of that, the customer support is second to none. Wouldn't use any other app for my complex product options. Show more

I've tried like 5 different apps that were top rated that didn't work for the options I needed. I make custom jewelry. I spent countless days and hours trying to get the options I wanted on the products I needed and having add on prices. I was about to give up and tried this. You'd think it would be simple, but I guess it's not. This is the best thing app by far. This is the way it should be. Simple. Show more
