I switched back to DropHippo after let down by another supplier. Honestly, their pricing isn't much different. But, the ease of scaling with them is a way lot easier. My new store is already doing better than my last one, and I’m confident it’s because of the support and consistency from DropHippo.

I recently started using DropHippo for my latest store. Like any supplier, there are sometimes delivery problems, especially when shipping from China. But the DropHippo team always resolved these issues quickly, and that’s what really matters. They also helped me set up a US 3PL for my products, which has made my local fulfillment process much easier. Their prices are very fair, and I’m already seeing positive growth in my store. I plan to keep using DropHippo because they make running my store easier.

Started working with drop hippo as CJ weren't making the cut. Got my product sourced and shipping times were halved compared to CJ which gave me the confidence to scale up big. Since then ive done over 130k with drop hippo and couldn't be happier. I wanted to take it up a notch with branding and got my branding for cost price and is very high quality. This has really allowed me to build a brand and build a proper customer base, since then my returning customer rate is much higher for a tiny cost in comparison. All refunds are taken care of the same day should there be any issues such as a broken items which does happen at this scale, they always take responsibility. Day or night my questions are answered, with full transparency which is refreshing in this space. I couldn't recommend them more if you are looking to take it to the next level.

Drophippo is hands down THE MOST IMPORTANT app for a hands free Dropshipping experience. If you have high order volume, it’s absolutely necessary to have fulfillment on auto-pilot. Don’t bother with any other app, Drophippo & their team are second to none!
