Update: Customer service is responsive, but not really helpful with my issue. The on-site popups integration steps with Shopify are incorrect, since the release of the new theme options. I reached out to customer service, but they told me to reach out to Shopify for help. I'm not happy with that response. The integration process needs vast improvements. Show more
