Being able to send automated reminders also helps us get invoices paid efficiently. Support was great when I had an issue setting up reminders. I installed this app almost a month ago and asked for help to get it implemented correctly as it currently doesn't work. Communication isn't so great, i send emails and messages and receive no response. The app is not working for me on my store and there is no urgency to getting it fixed/ Show more
