Since last update I cannot access upload from within my product in shopify. "add digital file), error "no such page". But instead have to go the Apps new dashboard, search again for the product and only then can upload. THIS IS A MUCH WORSENED WORKFLOW!! Will you do something about it? Show more
Honestly, this app worked beautifully from 2017 - 2022. Then they updated it, now it takes forever to upload anything, Then near the end says upload failed, constantly crashes, doesn't deliver my files to the customers, and has me pulling my hair out in frustration. I am only now reviewing it because it worked fine before! Come on guys, please fix this! And don't say, oh its fine from our end. It's not acceptable. I am only giving it 2 stars because it worked well for a few years. Now it drives me insane! Is it because it's free? I am happy to pay for an app that actually works! Please fix this! Show more
Useful app for my site - but there was a recent change where download file purchases can no longer be automatically flagged as Fulfilled. Is it possible to provide this option again? Show more
Funktioniert soweit ganz gut. Ist es möglich 1 Download pro Kauf einzubauen? Bis jetzt leider noch nicht. Die Anzeige direkt nach dem kauf ist nur auf Englisch möglich, mehr Einfluss auf das Design wäre auch nichtt schlecht. Show more
UPDATE: The update in October 2022 is a visual mess, if I'm being honest. There's so much information presented for individual files now, that it's almost overwhelming scrolling through everything. It's especially bad if you have more than one file attached to a listing (i.e., variations); you can barely tell where info on one file ends and the next file starts. The previous version was super simple, and I honestly prefer the old streamlined look. ORIGINAL REVIEW: It does what it's supposed to do and so far has worked flawlessly for my shop. I am grateful it's free and am extremely grateful the storage is unlimited. I do wish there was an option for downloads to be available within the customer's order history page, and/or to be able to turn off the auto-generated email this app kicks out. (Shopify sends the regular order confirmation email, with a link to the download page, then this app sends a second email with a link to the files. Together, they're redundant, and the customer gets 2 emails with every order placed. This app's email is so plain and generic that it's almost embarrassing. I wish I could opt in or out.) Overall, this app is the only reason I'm able to sell on Shopify and branch off from Etsy, so I'm very, very happy with it! Thank you, developers! Show more
