The app is broken and nonfunctional as it does not accept a customer number over 10 digits long. DHL/Deutsche Post is claiming this is Shopify issue and Shopify is saying it is not for them to fix as this app has not been developed by Shopify. There is no ETA on when it will be fixed. Show more
App funktioniert meistens so wie sie soll. Der Support ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! 4 Punkte weil noch Verbesserungspotential besteht. So kommt die App nicht mit Trinkgeld klar. Und wenn der Käufer die Hausnummer auf die zweite Adresszeile setzt, ist es auch zu viel für die App. Ein sehr häufiger Fehler des Nutzers welchen die Entwickler berücksichtigen könnten. Und vllt mit einem Popup vorschlagen könnte die Adresse des Kunden zu ändern. Also einfach die 2. Zeile an die erste dranhängen.. Show more
Funktioniert reibungslos. Hatte ein Problem nach einem Umzug, dass die neue Adresse nicht auf dem Label erschien. Das Problem lag nicht an der APP oder DHL Konto. Bei Shopify muss man Standort /Einstellungen ändern. Die Info hatte ich nach einem Tag vom DHL App Kundenservice erhalten. Vielen Dank dafür Show more
