Diese App ist ein Segen, sie spart so viel Zeit und läuft wie geschmiert, auch der Support ist super hilfreich. Update: Nach 6 Monaten sind wir zu anderen App gewechselt, im Anfang ging es noch aber als wir skaliert haben, haben wir 2 Stunden gebraucht, um die Labels auszudrucken, weil es soooo lange dauert. Und die Hälfte druckt er mit falschen Adressen, wir bekommen pro Woche 10-15 Pakete zurück wegen falschen Adressen, die der neuen App sehr gut vorhersieht und uns warnt. Kann dieser App absolut nicht empfehlen! Show more
Wir haben das App nun seit über einem Jahr integriert und sind sehr begeistert. Es ist kostenfrei und man kann selbständig sehr viel nach den eigenen Wünschen konfigurieren. Wenn mal ein Problem auftritt hilft der Kundenservice in sehr schneller Reaktionszeit weiter. Danke! Show more
Die DHL-Versand-App ist eine enorme Arbeitserleichterung für uns. Wir produzieren an mehreren Standorten und benötigen individuelle Labels für jede Fulfillment-Order. Dies ermöglicht uns die DHL-Versand-App. Dabei können wir von unterschiedlichen DHL Accounts pro Standort arbeiten und die Labels für alle Bestellungen eines Tages mit nur wenigen Klicks erstellen und ausdrucken. Unsere Erfahrung mit dem Support der App war hervorragend - innerhalb von wenigen Minuten haben wir eine qualifizierte Antwort auf unsere eher schwierige Frage erhalten. Wenn wir uns eine weitere Funktion wünschen dürften, wäre es Labels nur für eine Location in Shopify anlegen zu können (ohne den Umweg über Teilfulfillments gehen zu müssen) bzw. mit dem DHL-Account eine bzw. mehrere Locations verknüpfen zu können.
