Das gute ist hierbei das die DHL App kostenfrei ist und man bequem Label generieren kann. Bei Problemen hilft hier der DHL App Support schnell weiter. So muss das sein. Perfekt! Show more
Der Support ist schnell und gut. Manchmal muss man die Frage zweimal erklären um an die richtige Person zu kommen um eine wirkliche Lösung zu erhalten. Aber ich habe immer eine Lösung für alle meine Probleme erhalten. Leider ist es nicht möglich alle Produkte mit allen Varianten in der App zu bearbeiten. Aber man kann das in Shopify unter Inventar machen. Schade das man keine Labels für "Nachnahme" erstellen kann. Das muss man dann manuell im DHL Geschäftskonto. Umständlich! Aber im sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden und es macht mir mein Leben leichter. Show more
