Had a slight technical issue adding Warenpost International in the App, but the support was really helpful and fixed the issue and even checked in with me later to ask whether everything working ok. Hemos cambiado de DPI y ya no funciona la APP. Semanas intentando que nos lo arreglen, y no hay solución. Tenemos ahora que hacer las etiquetas manualmente y es muy engorroso. Estamos buscando alternativas. una pena, porque funcionaba bastante bien.

Wirklich gute App und guter Support, falls mal etwas ist. Gefallen würde es mir noch, wenn man beim "packen" einer Bestellung die sich auf mehrere Sendungen verteilt, nicht abziehen würde was nicht rein soll, sondern per drag and drop (oder auch nur per klick in einer Liste wie jetzt) das Paket "befüllen" würde. Es müsste für die Mitarbeiter etwas bildlicher und leichter verständlich sein. Das zu erklären ist jedenfalls das einzige, was etwas Zeit braucht. Ansonsten alles top!
