Nothing is impossible, if you know what you want to acheive this app can do it. Seriously though you will need to have a clear understanding of what you are trying to setup because there mutiple ways of acheiving the same thing, so its best to start with a clear plan. The Wizard is easy to use, the user guides offer plenty of detail that helps build understanding without being too complex and should you need it the email support is first class always very helpful. In all honesty its feels like stealing its so cheap relative to what it offers, we pay a lot more for other apps that aren't half as well built and have a lot more limitations. Show more

This app is really amazing. Through the wizard you can set up shipping rules using every possible filter and variable you can imagine like postal codes, time of day, order value and much much more. If you somehow need more complicated rules than the Wizard can provide, then you have the macro editor where you can build your own custom rules using php code. Bespoke Shipping is a very powerful way to set up your ship rates. Our products are drop shipped from suppliers located in multiple locations across the US, with disparate shipping providers. We therefore, are unable to use a standard shipping application. Bespoke can handle our unique situation because it provides the ability for complete customization. Through a detailed line of questioning, Min understood our needs and was able to offer up a solution. Min is very responsive, replies within 24 business hours and even programmed the rules for our business. Thank you Min!
