Amazing app and even better customer service. We had some very specific shipping requirements and I really couldn't wrap my head around how to set this up. I gave a brief (and probably confusing) explanation to Min and in no time at all Bespoke was up and running. I can't recommend this app enough if you have complicated shipping requirements! Show more
We have a long list of advanced shipping rules we needed to work with our wholesale app and our retail website and had a lot of issues finding a solution. Many other reviewers mention this app is difficult to setup and that's due to it's ability to manage multiple advanced shipping rules. I was a bit worried about choosing this app because there wasn't phone support but the email support we received from Min was second to none. He worked very hard to get our rules in place for us and only charged a very minimal fee to do this. They work 7 days a week and were able to get this all in place over the weekend for us.
